Good price but bad service...

Stayed many times and will...
Disliked: Lack of bathroom towels and tea making facilities, which is unusual for this particular hotel.

Excellent customers service
Liked: Customers service was excellent and good facilities with the use of the pool and gym.

Stay away plenty of better...
Liked: The room was large and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room service was a disaster. Asked at reception if room service was open and were told it was. Got to the room went through the ordering process QR code on the tv made payment. 5 mins later we were contacted to say room service was not available. The next morning we had a similar experience at the bar when ordering food we were told breakfast was finished so we could order off the lunch menu which we did and made payment only to be told the lunch menu was not available. We raised the issues at the front desk on check out only to be told oh well nothing they can do and that we wouldn’t be getting our 100 pounds back for 3 to 5 working days.
