So close to perfect
Liked: Breakfast was plenty of choice staff friendly.
Disliked: The maid knocking on the door constantly to see if we was still in the room apologised but that was unprofessional. One knock and wait is appropriate especially as my wife walks with a crutch so not that fast.

Disliked: Room was very noisy, fan or pipes constant noise from midnight through the night both Friday and saturday. Unfortunately on the Saturday night around 10.30pm there was some altercation outside our room (152) with slamming doors, shouting, swearing. This woken my son up (who is 10) and he then struggled to get back to sleep. Which was unfortunate as he had a competition to prep for on the Sunday.

Passable
Disliked: We were charged for parking twise and breakfast twise. We were told this would be refunded but only because we checked what the extra charges were for. The wait for our evening meal was slow as the waiter said he was taking a "slow by slow approach". Would not come back to this hotel.

Disliked: Inattentive staff. Busy, unclean. We arrive slightly early and were not allowed early check in when we saw others pass. One couple found a plastic in their food while we were waiting! The corridors were filled with of cutlery?!

Disliked: Bedding had stains.Shower had hair inside and toilet wasn't clean,carpet hadn't been hoovered.Restaurant food was cold.
