Liked: The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. No request was to much for them to do.The hotel was immaculate and the gym and pool were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
Disliked: There wasn't much around the hotel to do but cribs causeway was only a 10 minute drive from the hotel and there was lots to do there.

Disliked: Rude receptionist male when we first tried to check in others being checked in but told us we were too early no flannels in the bathroom toilet situated behind bathroom door uncomfortable to use only 2 towels to use smell of weed along corridors placed upstairs on the opposite side of the hotel even though on check in was told.its just a short walk breakfast at 17 pound each standard buffet car park becomes full very quick bed very uncomfortable check out wasnt until 12 but had a knock on the door at 9 wanting to clean the room even though check in isnt until 3pm doors banging through the night even though we was at the send of the hotel overall bad stay wont be booking again
