Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Facilities, bathroom very poor, toilet did not flush properly and then finally stopped, reported the problem the day after we arrived. In the end we had to move to a different room, smaller than the room we were paying for, my husband complained to reception and eventually we were upgraded to a larger room. No apologies from management about the incident, we had no help with moving to a different floor and had to ask for luggage trolley.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned until late afternoon when baby was asleep so we declined the room cleaning? The bar staff were stressed and abrupt and we saw several cutting remarks towards each other, evening receptionist last night was rude

Very friendly hotel central location

Liked: The location was brilliant right on the sea front. We went for Brighton Pride, arrived as the parade was passing the hotel, checked in then walked with the parade to the park. Check in was friendly and quick, our rooms were ready even tho we were early. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and we were seated very quickly. The rooms were modern and clean, beds very comfortable.
