Stayed here before, and will...
Liked: Staff was helpful, professional, and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a great deal and had a full menu. Restaurant was good. Clean room.

A hotel with reasonable price...
Liked: I liked the shuttle bus service, especially the driver was so helpful and polite.
Disliked: The room was generally comfortable and clean, though a bit dated. Our biggest concern was that the hotel is just next to the train station, and the soundproofing in the room windows was poor, we were waking up by the loud train sound at mid night. Also, house keeping required a reservation, rather than a routine daily service, I think hotel should remind guests when they check in. Check-out was 12:00 noon, but around 11:30, the house keeping staff opened our door without ringing. My child wasn't dressed yet, and the staff didn't apologize, simply asking when we were leaving.

Disliked: Lower Your Expectations—Even Then, You’ll Be DisappointedAt $320 a night, you’d think you’re paying for convenience, comfort, or at least basic competence. Instead, you get a tired, worn-down hotel where the furniture looks like it’s survived a few decades too many. The blinds didn’t work, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, and the room felt more neglected than maintained.We booked this place for the airport shuttle—big mistake. It was nowhere to be found, and our messages through the booking platform were completely ignored. In the end, we paid for an Uber. So much for reliability.This isn’t a hotel stay. It’s a reminder that high prices don’t guarantee quality, and branding doesn’t equal service. Disappointing from start to finish.
