It was okay. Will probably...

Liked: The room was ugly. Drab. A coat of fresh paint and new furniture might help. Also no coffee except the 2 packets in the room?
Disliked: The room. Drab and outdated.

Was good but would probably...

Liked: The location was great and the view of downtown was nice. The fresh cookie at checkin was nice, Shower was nice pressure and hot.
Disliked: It was good overall, but for a doubletree Hilton, It could have been better, The lobby smelled and wasn't that inviting, the air-conditioning was old school and was loud in the middle of the night. Cheap toilet paper. and $3 daisani water that costs .25 is pretty ridiculous.

Shuttle service, or not!

Disliked: We reserved the shuttle for early morning, but we were bumped without notice at the last minute..there was no offer to call a cab/Uber to accommodate us. We had to race to the parking garage, retrieve our car and find airport parking and still get to our plane at the last minute. I realize the hotel caters to airline staff but we paid alot of money compared to other area hotels just for the shuttle...this was really unacceptable..
