Dishonest thief working on housekeeping...

Disliked: The housekeeper stole my jewelry that was left on the bathroom counter. I called shortly after check out and also went back on-site 2 more times to speak with management. I also spoke with the GM, Jamie, and she knew nothing about the incident after the front desk managers promised to get the General Manager involved.

We stay at this hotel...

Liked: Food was excellent. Love the buffet
Disliked: The shower in our room was terrible. It was for handicapped people and water went on the floor. I would never get handicapped room again.

Nice get away with the...

Liked: The location as a river front facility within walking distance to park, restaurants and planetarium was perfect.
Disliked: Unable to check in earlier than 4 and kids were unable to use the pool facility until we were assigned a room. While waiting in the lobby many many other guests were able to check in. Second elevator was out of order causing congestion.
