DoubleTree By Hilton Baltimore - Bwi Airport

I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

Liked: Check in and check out was easy. The room was clean and ready when we arrived.
Disliked: The wallpaper was peeling.

Liked: The rooms were wide spacious , comfortable . rooms were clean . no external noise or internal noise .
Disliked: I had issues with payment . My hold fee was reverted but another about was taken from my account which I didn't make any purchase for , I have not been able to get my money after a week post checkout . Not happy about this .

Disliked: This hotel is outdated. Chipping paint on ceilings, bathroom door. A bit dusty on the dresser . Dust in the cofee maker where pods would be placed.
