I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

Disliked: The only thing was our bathroom shower curtain was damaged which caused water to basically flood the bathroom but the hotel was great. It would be nice to have a smoking area. After a long trip, I definitely wanted to sit and have a cigar somewhere.

Disliked: The walls are very thin. I heard my neighbor playing video games all night long. Worse night of sleep in a long time. My room, especially bathroom was small.

Disliked: When we got to the room, all seemed well until some people started fighting and screaming all night and morning. They allowed their kids to play in the hallway while screaming and banging on the room doors. I called the desk to complain but nothing was d.
