I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

Liked: The service! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to keep me in the same room since I had back-to-back reservations at the hotel. The bed was excellent and the shower head pressure was perfect!
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small - wish there was more counter space.

Liked: The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it's nice to have a working refrigerator. And the climate control works well.
Disliked: The outside pool was closed for the holiday weekend which was very irritating to me. The TV in room is very small and the furniture is old and beat up. If the hotel installed EV chargers in the parking lot would be a big upgrade.

Liked: Front desk staff was helpful and friendly, dance to hang out mostly updated and clean.
Disliked: Our AC leaked and floor stayed wet near the desk and window the whole time and they never brought a fan in or tried to vacuum it. It didn't smell though.
