I paid for a King Deluxe room months in advance, only to be told upon my arrival that it was not available. I then was told that I was being upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience but was put in a regular room instead, while still having paid for a King Deluxe. Not cool at all. The room was clean and nice but not what I paid for nor expected. I was disappointed. It truly is the little things that matter.

Disliked: Disappointed.

Very good

Disliked: Their king size bed was not king size bed.. the discretion of the room was false. I ordered a king size a got a queen size bed.
