Property has great potential, but...

Liked: Property was great, good location and liked the layout, especially restaurant area. Breakfast/restaurant staff attentive and very nice.
Disliked: Front desk staff was lacking, both arriving and leaving, not engaging, little effort. Supplies in room were at minimum level, leaving it to guest to have to ask for everything.

Liked: Pool area has great ambiance. The water is warm. The hot tub is big. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: No towels on the pool area. Staff would not give us any room towels either. We had to wait at 20-30 minutes for towels. Hot tub keys did not work. No complimentary breakfast.

Liked: Close to everything.

Liked: The manager walked over to our table was very friendly. As this where we were from what we were doing it’s very nice and the desk helped us out with questions we had we enjoyed the pool hot tub. It’s good time.
Disliked: A big hamper of sheets stacked up by our elevator the entire time we were there should’ve been moved not too big of a deal
