Liked: Alex who greeted me at the desk at midnight was so nice. The Doubletree cookie was delicious! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and the pillows were exceptional!

It was fine. I miss...

Liked: Hot tub was hot.
Disliked: Room was incredibly damp/humid. No free breakfast even though the booking.com listing advertised free breakfast.

Beyond awesome rate for NFL...

Liked: The rate we received for the NFL draft was beyond great! Room was recently updated, clean and comfortable. Warm cookie upon arrival was delicious. Only issue was that we were offered an upgrade from Booking.com to receive breakfast at discounted rate but hotel would not honor.
Disliked: Offer from Booking.com for a discounted breakfast price was not honored.
