Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleased to see a recycling bin in the room. The staff was polite and helpful. There was also lots of parking and convenient nearby eating places.

Liked: Great place.

Dogs allowed it will cost...

Liked: It’s your standard Hilton, great bedding clean for the most part. They allow dogs. There’s food on site. Also close to parks to walk dogs.
Disliked: It’s in a weird spot in Ann Arbor. If you want a more downtime or at least. This would be for you. Beware it’s a 75 dollar nonrefundable pet deposit. At the time of my booking on here it indicated a 50 refundable deposit. Pool was DIRTY, and pool towels are past their prime. There is where in tear around the the building, but nothing terrible

Disliked: Staff was very rude unwilling to accommodate for non working ac unit in room because of making the booking through booking, children running through hallways at night, loud knocking through out the night, very small restroom, uncomfortable bed, couch was not sleep able pull out bed was extremely dirty, took 5 different calls to get to front desk and then have to want and extra 10 minutes to receive a call back from them, would not recommend for families only recommend the restaurant and bar in the facility.
