Staff sucked

Liked: 24 hr Sauna is great
Disliked: Staff were consistently rude, incredibly slow, terribly unhelpful or lacked training. There was an incident where a staff member walked into the room while I was having sex because I didn’t answer her knocking

Would definitely stay at this...

Liked: It’s in a beautiful setting, overlooking the hills and golf course. Lots of space for guests to park vehicles. Fantastic onsite 3rd party restaurant, Hanuman.Very large comfortable bed!
Disliked: Over bath showers, very difficult for older guests to manage. Disabled room shower was exceptionally messy, spraying water everywhere.
