Great location, staff, Gym, and...

Liked: Great location. Staff was very nice. They also have delicious fresh cookies at the front desk, my kids got some every time we went by there and they loved it. The pool was very nice with fresh towels at the door and the gym had tons of great equipment, fresh towels, a speaker and waters!!
Disliked: Some one did sent the fire alarm off twice in one night. But the staff handled the situation quickly.

Liked: The facilities were in great condition, brand new hotel. The best part was the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us with food off hours and with any requests.

Disliked: we stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. since the room was never cleaned we had to hustle clean towels from the desk. we had to pile dirty towels and trash cans in the hall outside the room. We were out of the room by 11:30 am each morning and returned at midnight each night. The do not disturb sign was not on the door but the room was never cleaned our entire stay
