Passable

Liked: The location was good and the front desk staff was nice as well.
Disliked: My first room the bathroom smelled like pee…housekeeping took forever to come so the front desk rep came up and cleaned it and she smelled it as well. After the cleaning the smell was still there and I was uncomfortable so I had my room changed for the amount of money this hotel cost I expect exquisite everything. The tubs are rusting. Needs an update in some areas.

Liked: The location was good and the foyer was modern and clean. Pool was nice and the room was a good size
Disliked: I have a list! Room was only serviced twice without being asked - in 9 days but the coffee station wasn't replenished. No water in the room. Had to ask for toilet roll twice. TV not working twice. Moved rooms because of suspected bedbugs although they said nothing had been found. However we had no bites after moving and we were getting new ones every morning before moving. Reception staff offhand and unprofessional. Fire alarm set off by a child - this couldn't be turned off because of a fault. No communication from staff as to what was happening and had to stay in foyer for 45 minutes and keep going up to the room to check if it had gone off. No towels poolside - had to ask for them. Realised after moving rooms I didn't have my Galaxy ear buds. Asked them to check the room and was told they weren't there but they also weren't in my new room and haven't taken them out of the hotel. Staff were very casual about it and did not try to find them or reassure me they would keep looking.Had breakfast on the first morning. No atmosphere, staff looked bored and disinterested and was on her phone. Very expensive for what it was.
