Liked: Excellent service from Augustina, Johanna, and Carl! Thanks so much!!! Breakfast and dinner were exceptional! Loved the ambiance, the music and the most tasteful, high quality decor! This is a perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, a special event, or even a work trip, as it turns out!

Disliked: The rooms were just too compact for my liking. Mini bar doubled as a bed side table and interrupted our sleep. Would dine in the hotel next time but would not stay again unfortunately.

Liked: What I enjoyed the most was a wonderful feeling of you get the moment you enter the sliding doors you feel as if you are entering another world from days long gone by of style, colour, art & a touch of decadence.
Disliked: It's expensive. One slight annoyance is that I'm NOT a fan of Édith Piaf and her music does seem to be in a repetitive loop at the hotel.
