Disliked: In truth, it was a very bad experience. My privacy was violated in my room while I was sleeping with my wife—someone opened our door without permission. I immediately reported the incident to the reception, but unfortunately, they showed no concern or urgency. Later, I emailed the hotel manager to address the issue, but my complaint was completely ignored. This lack of professionalism and care for guest safety is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dissapointing

Liked: Location was convenient for us. Staff were polite and friendly.
Disliked: The hotel felt unclean particularly the rooms, bar area and also dining area. The breakfast was cold and we were rushed and this was at 10:15am on a Sunday. Tables were dirty. We paid and booked a double room plus a sofa bed for our child and despite requesting 3 times in the afternoon, when we returned at after midnight the sofa bed was still not made and we had to wait circa 45 minutes for it to be made up. In addition my wife had been staying the previous night and the blinds in her room wouldnt go down. In the end the hotel had to move her to an inferior room and this was after midnight. We were offered a 20% discount but i still havent had this refunded.

Perfect for working in central...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and fairly centrally located. It’s not far from most places and really great train and tube lines.
Disliked: The carpet in my room was really ratty and old. Definitely needs replaced but other than that, the room was lovely and spacious.

Disliked: The breakfast was a little basic

Disliked: Shortage of room supplies.. in some occaions.
