Liked: Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and great shower
Disliked: There was a coffee maker machine and coffee pods, but had a European plug that couldn’t being plugged… luckily I had an adapter and managed to mKe myself a coffee

Liked: Bed was comfy and located near 2 tube stations so easy access to rest of London.
Disliked: Nothing spectacular for the price we paid. Stayed there for the marathon and requested a room with a bath. While did get the bath it took 2. Of us to twist the hot tap because there was that much rust on the tap. Also massively beware that the price you book is not the cost as they add a service charge on at check in. While this can be removed at check out there is no notice. You also pay at check in which is fine but it then makes it awkward to remove the service charge. There really isn’t a service they provided that would warrant this. The lady at check in wondered off mid checking us in to talk to a friend for 5 mins so don’t quite know what the £25 service charge was for seeing as no one changed the sheets or towels during our stay either.

Liked: Hotel room was beyond our expectations. Location was good near shopping mall and close to tube and bus stations.
Disliked: breakfast was not that great. Not a lot of choices. Small room for a lot of people to eat.

Liked: Room was lovely and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Very nice modern designed hotel. Easy to get to by train
Disliked: I didn't like them adding a discretionary service charge when I was paying and hadn't heard anything about it beforehand...you can get it back but it's a nuisance...

Liked: Room was clean, quiet and adequate. There was an issue with the door handle being loose but it was fixed very quickly. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Would have been better if the breakfast spread had a bit more variety. The safe sometimes worked, sometimes it didn't which was a bit strange.
