Disliked: Ordered cot when I booked, but cot was not ready as they only put in request on day of check in. Air conditioning wasn't working and they weren't able to fix

Decent for the price.

Liked: Well located close to Shepherds Bush station and busses to central London, comfortable beds, friendly staff, well equipped large rooms.
Disliked: Dated, in need of repairs, many things don’t work, spa is shut down and the gym is tiny and poorly equipped.

Disliked: They gave me a big room but it has only 2 very small windows in the top of the wall which are uselss , when i asked for a change they promised me to change but the second day they told me there is no rooms available

Liked: Location was good for easy access to the underground system into central London.Rooms were large and comfortable,
Disliked: Check in was tortuously slow despite many staff behind the reception desk. We had to wait for an hour in reception before our room was ready despite initially being told we could get straight into it.The room had no water available, this seemed to have been missed by the cleaning staff and the vending machine selling water was not working. When we asked at reception for some water they suggested using the tap water in the bathroom while we waited for room service to deliver some but this never arrived.The bathroom light wasn't working properly and kept dimming to almost non existent.It wa incredibly warm weather during our stay but the air conditioning was minimal and couldn't be adjusted.

Liked: Great location and a lovely hotel. Very friendly staff and a chilled water station on each floor
Disliked: Some of the tiles are coming loose in the bathroom and the pillows are a bit flat. Time for a bit of maintenance guys
