Liked: Was in the most perfect location close to everything, and it was stunning rooms and bar area
Disliked: Would of just like some blankets or thicker bedding as it was quite light and cold at night

Liked: Breakfast was good and the hotel is close to shops. We were allowed to check out a bit later, which was highly appreciated as I was with my kids alone.
Disliked: Room service was not good. The food came quite cold and it was not good at all. You can't order a glass of wine or a smaller bottle of wine, only big bottles. We were not given cutlery or servillets. I've asked for water and we didn't get any. Water was not provided in the room, we had to drink water from the bathroom tap. The spa in the pool area stopped working and they couldn't fix it. The water in the pool was quite cold for a winter night in Melbourne.The Elemis range in the bathroom smelled like old man cologne.

Disliked: The buffet breakfast is the worst breakfast I have ever had. The pictures are false advertising. The food was horrible. Cold, stale, disgusting. $39 each is the biggest rip off ever. Save your money and go elsewhere. No extra blankets in room or towels.

Liked: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and felt very posh, the shower was amazing! Beds comfyFree games and the drink machine in the lobby were great touches that my son adored. Pool & Jacuzzi were clean and well maintained
Disliked: It was difficult to tell if there was anywhere on the premises for lunch. Once we arrived it was hard to find out if we could purchase access to the club that was complimentary for executive and above rooms.Signs seemed to suggest there was an all day restuarant
