Really comfortable, helpful staff, excellent...

Liked: Clean, large rooms, well appointed, good gym & pool facilities, helpful staff
Disliked: Even when breakfast is included you need to pay for barista coffee

Nice Comfortable Room

Liked: Nice room and great breakfast
Disliked: The water in the shower didn’t get hot, only warm. Turned it up as hot as it could go and still was only warm

Liked: Loved the breakfasts! Totally worth the extra cost in my opinion. Large buffet style, though the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. Nice spacious rooms that are kept fairly clean and great location.
Disliked: The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional during our stay on multiple occasions. There were also barely any toiletries provided and minimal towels. Beds are hard as rocks, and the overall operation of the hotel on the customer facing side seemed very muddled and all over the place, like staff were all given different training.
