Disliked: Tried to check in at 3:30pm, yet were told room wasn’t ready and cot wasn’t ready, despite email confirmation for it. Took 30 mins of waiting to check in with tired toddler

Liked: Great location and a stylish hotel. Breakfast was nice but no variety - every day was the same.
Disliked: The beds are way too firm which would stop us from staying again. Housekeeping also didn't restock supplies each day which you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
