Dorset Resort Hotel

Passable

Disliked: The room was extremely hot, we had the fan on but this made no difference as it was a small fan pushing round the hot air. There was 2 of us and the fan was only hitting one person. The hotel was very nosey throughout the night, we could hear people shouting and doors slamming which woke us up in the middle of the night multiple times. Very basic dinner and breakfast.

Really great place to stay...

Liked: Breakfast was awesome, staff were very friendly in Reception, at the Bar and in the Breakfast room
Disliked: The mattresses weren't the most comfortable. However on the balance of everything else I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in a great...

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room spotless and clean with lovely bed linen. The staff were friendly and efficient and the location was very tranquil.
Disliked: The resort needs an update in the main buildings.

Liked: Lovely location. Clean comfortable room, club house very nice and food good.

It was fine for stopping...

Liked: It was in a nice quiet location but the room was a bit hot even with the fan on. the view out of the window was facing the car park.
Disliked: The room was too hot even with the fan on. There was no fridge to keep things like water cool.

Liked: Position for our planned activities, and the surroundings, there were some lovely country walks.The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel.
Disliked: The shower sounded as though it was going to take off it was so noisy, and on the hottest night of the year, we only had a cool/hot air fan, which was totally inadequate. Unfortunately, the sun was shining into our room until sunset, which didn’t help.
