Liked: it was quiet (no people noise)clean towels and sheetsgood hot watergood road access and parking
Disliked: single bed bad worn out - lounge saggy hard to get out and dirty NO TABLE NO CHAIRS NOT BEDSIDE TABLE LIGHT or ABOVE BED....... shockingSPA BATH NOT WORKING - after using it as normal bath... made a tap tap noise all night..... rip offCOLD - air con has to work day and night to have it vaguely warm - its warmer outsideDIESEL people run their trucks before leaving and it STINKS the place because there is a whole in the door underI have travelled a lot and this must be the worst I have had. Magnetic cards for the door had to be reprogrammed as they were duds.... sorry we did not hold them with a mobile phone...... after a long road I had to walk back to receptionnobody at 8 o'clock at reception to give cards back.... again have to walk back to the room drab general look - place need major overhaul ...

Liked: Late check in was a great option for us and I was pleased with the reply from the booking person as to our special request.
Disliked: It should be clear where to go, especially for a late check in time like we had. Maps took me to the front car park where the nightclub was and it was quite confusing, having to check in at the gaming area lobby. Also the night staff didn't know that all we needed to do was leave the key card in the room to check out and the lady I spoke to early in the morning (as per the night staff instructions) was quite rude.
