Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly, and the chair was broken.

Liked: Great reception team. Good location from airport by bus and easy walk to train station to Zurich HB. No kettles in rooms though there is an urn near reception.
Disliked: Planes fly overhead from 6am - a few minutes of noise each time. Actually interesting being able to see them so low overhead. I wouldn’t say it was a problem. Fridge does not get very cold.

Liked: We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Its location close to the airport is very convenient, and the service provided was truly commendable. The staff was extremely cooperative and went out of their way to help us — we were traveling with an infant, and they happily assisted us with warming milk whenever needed. Hats off to their hospitality!The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. For kids, the hotel has a small play area with two adorable bunnies, which was such a sweet touch.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families and travelers alike.
