Good price, but defective facilities

Liked: Good price
Disliked: An elevator, and the shower and light at the sauna were broken. The bath in our room drained because the stopper did not close properly.

OK, apart from Check in

Liked: Most of the hotel, breakfast , room
Disliked: Check in procedure around 17-18.00 hours took 45 minutes, to many customers and to few staff to handle have happened 2-3 times for me Apart from that, hotel is OK

Great staff, great price. Rooms...

Disliked: both occasions i stayed, the bathroom plug did not work. This meant you could only be in the bath for a few minutes before the water drained out. Not ideal after an 8 hour drive from Calais.

Great staff, very comfortable stay.

Liked: The hotel was ideally placed for the Hannover Marathon (the purpose of our visit), but we didn’t research whether we could easily find somewhere to eat and drink without using public transport (which was our own fault!)Otherwise the stay was perfectly suited to our trip and we found all staff to be exceptionally helpful and professional.
