Liked: The skyline plaza was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty, we were greeted by dirty towels and an ac that did not work at all! The windows were cracked and broken, the minifridge was warm and it was dirty.

Hotel cancelled fully paid reservation...

Disliked: Extremely unprofessional behavior - hotel cancelled fully paid reservation of our colleagues on arrivalWhile our own reservation was not affected, we witnessed a very disappointing and unprofessional situation involving our colleague, who booked the same hotel through Booking.com. She had paid for her stay in full directly to the hotel’s bank account a month in advance and even confirmed the reservation by phone the day before arrival.However, when she arrived, she was told at reception that her and her colleague‘s reservation had been cancelled and that there were no rooms available, without any explanation.The hotel staff tried to blame Booking.com for the cancellation, but it was made by the hotel itself. This experience seriously affected the start of our business trip and left a very bad impression. I would strongly advise others to be carefull when booking this hotel, as confirmed and prepaid reservations may not be honored.
