Perfect for a stay in...

Liked: The room was big and well furnished, the mini bar had a large choice of snacks and drinks. There is a free access to the thermal pool via the hotel.
Disliked: There is no AC in the rooms and it was 38 degrees so that even with a fan it was hard to sleep.

Disliked: In was very warm in the room, even during the night with 15 deegC outside and window wide open the room was not getting cooler.

Liked: All staff are very helpful. We liked the thermal pools. The breakfast was very nice. The size of the room was OK.
Disliked: The door towards the back of the building had no net, for this reason we suffered having lots of big bugs coming in the room, and often being unable to sleep being scared of them. The size of the bathroom was OK, but it was no cubicle and sliding doors to keep the water in - it was very inconvenient & unpleasant to get the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower.For next year, we understood that you suggested to reserve room 215 for us, which is right at the end of the corridor, which could be too much of walking for George, because of his injured right leg. The bathroom has a cubicle, which is ok, but it is too small for George to move in it, also the room is too small. The door has a net, which is good, so mosquitoes and bugs hopefully cannot get into the room. Therefore please look for a larger room for us, with a larger bathroom with shower and cubicle with screen.The shower rooms and toilets need to be cleaned during the day, as many people are using them, also liquid soap should be in each shower cubicle.The Menu for the Dinner was poor, very few selection of food, and no value for money. We would've prefer a buffet dinner with light food on offer, including yogurt & fruits. In summer the air conditioning is necessary during hot days
