Fantastic stay in fantastic city

Liked: Room size was huge & well equipped with both bath & separate walk in shower. Buffet breakfast was as good as anyplace i have been to. Amazing choice of hot & cold food and drinks. Just 5 minute walk from Zoo Station, Kaiser Wilhelm church & 2 mins from Kurfurstendam. Amazing hotel & location. All reception staff friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location is very convenient. Most attractions are within walking distance or quickly reachable with public transportation.

Not a five star standard....

Liked: Location. Corner suite room was very spacious.
Disliked: Service was very slow. Multiple requests to get some serviced. Breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel. Lifts were very slow

Excellent stay in a centrally...

Liked: Excellent location, good size rooms with all necessary amenities.
Disliked: shower did not have any safety features (handle on the wall, or rubber mat, or a stool to sit on).
