Very good

Liked: Huge size of the hotel, the lobby and rooms. Great location- everything is around, easy to find. They take care of your request quickly.
Disliked: The bathtub tap was not working, you can take only shower there. Things are clean, but old fashioned. The toiletries like shampoo and soap is super poor quality, i didn’t take mine because was mentioned on here and was dissopointed, no body lotion and common big bottle of shampoo, shower gel and so on.

Liked: Very good hotel, helpfull and nice Staff, big, comfortable Rooms and bed, delicious breakfest, perfect location, close to the ZOO Berlin.

Liked: All good besides the bed. It made quite a lot of noise when you move and not up to the standers of a hotel of this category. Asked at the desk for new towels and refill of coffee cups but never arrived
