Liked: We loved the location, having a transport hub in front and taxis in 4 minutes. The Hygiene Museum and The Great Garden are just around the corner!The facilities were great (that pool ...) and the staff were friendly and helpful. Renata at reception was especially lovely, thank you!
Disliked: The mattress of our bed was very hard, and the pillows too puny, but that's personal taste. A choice of bigger pillows would have been nice, though.

Liked: The size of the room is good and comfortable for 2 people. The receptionists are friendly.
Disliked: 1. We were surprised to find that there was no kettle or even basic tea or coffee provided in the room. When we called the reception to ask about it, the staff also confirmed that it’s “not normal” for a 4-star hotel to lack such basic amenities. They're only provided after requested. 2. There was also no mini fridge in the room. The area where a fridge should have been was either locked or blocked off. And there is just 1 free small glass of water. 3. In the bathroom, only one bottle of 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) was provided, which felt very basic.4.The pillows were extremely soft and flat, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilts were thin, so you may feel a bit cold at night. 5.The towels in the bathroom were incorrect—smaller and thinner than expected. We had to call housekeeping to replace them, and they also confirmed that the wrong ones had been placed.6.The wellness area, including the swimming pool, was not included in the room rate. It required an additional €5 entrance fee per person, plus around €2.5 for a bathrobe rental.7. Breakfast was just decent, wasn't crazy good as expected. But the staff at the food area were unfriendly and poorly trained. When potatoes ran out around 9 AM, she just dismissively said “No, no” without explanation when asked if she could refill them, although the manager later apologized for the shortage.Overall, the hotel came across as quite stingy and disappointing for a 4-star standard, missing several expected basics such as a kettle, mini fridge, proper towels, comfortable pillows, and complimentary access to wellness facilities. It felt more like a 3-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true 4-star experience.
