Great place to stay and...

Liked: Central location, friendly staff who spoke English and upscale furnishings.
Disliked: No microwave (hardly any German hotels have them as I think they believe them harmful or dangerous). Parking an issue and expensive even though easy and across the street.

Liked: Location
Disliked: One of the waitress at the lobby is very rude. Stayed there for 5 days. No room cleaning from day 4. Out of 5 meats served in the breakfast halal was only one. No amenities in the room. One water bottle for 5 days.

Liked: Very good location, Very good staff. Clean and comfortable room. Recommended.
Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit better. We needed two wine glasses in the room, but there were only two water glasses. Although that makes it not bad.

Superb

Liked: The room was comfortable enough, the breakfast was good as one would expect from such place but the real strong point of this hotel is the place, right next to the cathedral and Petersberg. The hotel foyer is very nice.
Disliked: Some skin lotion in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Strongly recommended!

Liked: Easy to access to Christmas Market but, nice and quiet. Great service, very polite staff, and delicious breakfast!
Disliked: Not ultra cheap but absolutely worth it.
