Liked: Very clean, offering many facilities to a good standard.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated which was disappointing. Having paid for access, it was too cold to use.

Liked: Was a very clean hotel with good ambience and it is situated right on the tram station.i highly i highly recommend it.
Disliked: The water in the room was not refilled the other day and it was medium water not still or wasnt asked.

Liked: The staff was really polite and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Disliked: I wish there was a kettle in the room to prepare some tea.

Liked: Room was comfortable. I especially appreciated the small refrigerator and electric kettle.

Liked: Do not eat breakfast.Excellent service from desk. Problem with the shower (hot water not working) was quickly taken care of. Very quiet. Close to public transport and conference venue. Rapid check-in and check-out. A/C working well and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was OK for one night
Disliked: there are some negative moments:- during check-in, I felt we're liability, not guests; I had to pull all information from receptionist- floor surface, in the room and is the corridors, is not allergy friendly- glass bathroom door is not family friendly- safe in the room works only on card with magnetic stripe- during check-out was not asked if I need to validate garage ticket, as machine downstairs was broken and validation has to be done at reception, so everyone was doing a round-trip
