nice location , comfortable rooms...

Liked: 1) there were some issues in the first 24hrs of check-in. however all the problems were resolved to my satisfaction. the staff was absolutely helpful and cooperative. special mention for mr jose and mr bruno.2) room was very spacious and comfortable 3) location is in the center to explore south and north miami beach - harbour is also near for all the boat cruises- walking and strolling in the area is also enjoyable - went every night for a stroll 4) associated with Marseilles hotel - got beach chairs and umbrellas and used the pool also - very nice !!

Liked: Everything of course I loved the sister hotel and drink comp and beach pass for loungers and umbrellas sister hotel food and drinks was delicious our apartment was very big and comfortable
Disliked: It didn’t have a stove to cook and the window in the bathroom was open we couldn’t close it bugs was flying in

Disliked: Customer service and issues with rooms- problem with a/c in both rooms, most of the power outlets did not work, tub backed up then toilet plugged and room phone did not work . Employees very rude !
