Dorchester Hotel

Perfect stay for our group!

Liked: We stayed with a group of 11 for my bachelorette party and thought our stay was exceptional. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, happy hour in the garden bar was a nice bonus and the 4 apartments we reserved were better than we expected in terms of space and worked out wonderfully for our group. We used the pool daily and loved the beach chair vouchers.
Disliked: Zero complaints. You can expect south beach to be noisy at night and even that wasn’t a problem for us.

Liked: This was our second stay our room was clean and nice I love the apartment style
Disliked: This time the bed was awful the mattress was way to soft that caused a flair up on my sciatic nerve

Liked: 1) there were some issues in the first 24hrs of check-in. however all the problems were resolved to my satisfaction. the staff was absolutely helpful and cooperative. special mention for mr jose and mr bruno.2) room was very spacious and comfortable 3) location is in the center to explore south and north miami beach - harbour is also near for all the boat cruises- walking and strolling in the area is also enjoyable - went every night for a stroll 4) associated with Marseilles hotel - got beach chairs and umbrellas and used the pool also - very nice !!
Disliked: nothing specific , and not significant
