Adequate but disappointing.

Liked: It was a place to stay, but expected more for the cost paid. The unit we were in was quiet. More pillows would have been better - just one per bed.
Disliked: The room was very tired and in need of a through clean. The grout was moldy as was the shower curtain. The tap over the basin needed to be fixed as it was free floating. The carpet needed attention, as they were stained and had residue from spills not vacuumed up. The parking spot was inadequate with a row of bushes on one side that didn't allow access to get in or out of a vehicle. The door of the unit looked like it had something spilled on it, and perhaps a wipe over would have removed whatever was there.

Great if you just want...

Liked: Right near the event we were going to and a bed to sleep
Disliked: The facilities were so run down, the weather was hot and the pool green even though still within season for the pool. Breakfast offered was cereal and toast for the biggest events of the year for the town. Bed had no springs in it and information about the town out of date.

Okay for overnight and access...

Liked: The location, walking around the main centre was easy. The accommodation was spread out into groups of dwellings.
Disliked: Bushes next to our parking bay were so over grown made the width minimal and the passenger had to exit the car before it was reversed in. No access to WIFI could be found! Even though we were advised it’s available, just gets busy! The bathroom had mould on the shower walls & curtain.
