Liked: Valet crew was excellent very helpful & polite I had my elderly parents with me & they opened the doors and made sure we were ok great customer service as well as check in to our rooms polite staff as well restrooms were all maintained
Disliked: The server didn't come around we were playing machines for over an hour not one person came around to ask if we needed a drink you need more servers to offer drinks especially when you are playing the slot machines when I sat on the other side I was accommodated I had a great server she was a nice young lady she was the best I wish I would have got her name I made sure I would sit on the side she was on after awhile she knew my drink that I wanted to order

Comfortable and convenient stay for...

Liked: Room was excellent with a terrific view. Location was perfect and catching a water taxi was so easy. We parked and didn’t go back to the car until we left. Walking distance to everything if you’re ok with heat.
Disliked: The smoking was overwhelming in that casino. Also the signage wasn’t super helpful to find where amenities were. And please up your paper product game!

It was okay.a good stop...

Liked: It was a good location and great valet parking.
Disliked: The staff was no help. Got food and seen our waiter once. No refills on drinks. There was no conditioner or shampoo. The AC did not work in the room.
