Liked: I had a wonderful experience thanks to Mandana at the reception. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional from the very first moment. Her helpful attitude and warm smile made me feel comfortable right away. Mandana goes above and beyond to assist, and she truly represents the highest standard of hospitality. Liked: The hotel is clean and comfortable, the reception staff were magnificent and the breakfast was outstanding. The location of the hotel seems to be a little remote, but there are bus stops, tram stops and a metro station right outside. The local transport system is very effective and with the metro running every few minutes it took us around 15 mins to get to the old town and was never a problem.
Disliked: The lift system is woefully inadequate. It is a big hotel with 12 floors and there are only 4 lifts, (one of which was under repair). We were on the 6th floor but still chose to use the stairs most of the time. The bar prices are far too expensive, so much so that it basically forces you to go elsewhere to drink..

Liked: It is so beautiful and comfortable. It is right next to a tram and metro station so great transport links.
Disliked: The lifts can get very busy as there are 12 floors and only 3 lifts were working

Liked: The luxury rooms were great and the executive lounge was an extra feature. Shops opposite and metro literally next door. With bus stop outside. Great stay!!
Disliked: Lifts were very slow. But that's only drawback

Liked: Extremely clean & beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food & cocktails. The piano performances were brilliant. Good location too, right beside public transportation
Disliked: Waiting for the elevators sometimes took a few minutes (we had a pram and needed to use the elevators)
