Liked: Amazing staff with good English, who really care. Exceptional! Great location, you can walk, enjoy the view and walk the god. Ev charging on-site.

Disliked: Nothing

Nothing wrong with this stay...

Liked: The location was perfect for us as it was near family. The grounds are stunning.
Disliked: Front desk was efficient but acted aloof . The hallways were a little creepy as you turned down them in the dark before the sensors picked you up and turned on the lights.

Noise and messy stay

Liked: The location and the bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was clean.
Disliked: Staff was hard to communicate with, completely useless. There was an event in the hotel, mid week and loud noise with speakers was allowed until passed midnight. It was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Staff was not helpful at all, when asked for help they said was not “their problem”. At the restaurant staff would give incorrect information about the dishes, bringing something that was not requested, again without correction, and if was not enough they also made mistakes in the bill, overcharging.

Very strange hotel

Liked: This was a very strange place, the rooms and corridors felt more like a hospital. Staff very pleasant but evening meal not very good at all. Although basic room rate seems low, by the time you add on breakfast and dinner you could stay somewhere much nicer for the same money.

Really lovely hotel

Liked: This is a great hotel, comfortable rooms and beds, very clean.
Disliked: Bit difficult to find, in the centre of town but worth the trouble to find it.

Liked: The location is amazing. We had a room with two beds, simple but great value for money.Breakfast is very good with a nice selection of products.The staff is very friendly..
