Nice hotel - pity about...
Liked: Nice room on ground floor as requested
Disliked: Constant invasion by ants in the room. No direct service other than in the outside dining and relaxing area, which was down some steep and uneven steps (difficult for my wife, and the reason why we had requested a ground floor room).

Perfect hideaway in Provence setting
Liked: Situated in the ideal Provence landscape this is a perfect hideaway with a beautiful garden to have a delicious and relaxed dinner. We had the best room with private&intimate terrace facing the backyard

Pleasant stay
Liked: Very pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely staff is supper supportive. Definitely will come back again

Book elsewhere. Food wasn’t great,...
Liked: The setting, greenery.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, floor in my room was dirty. There was someone elses rubbish still in the room. The room smelled like mold and mildew.We had dinner at the restaurant- food was not great for such a high price.The breakfast was also not great- the smoked Salmon was extremely fishy and made me sick the next day- it was expired?Such a shame that the standard is so low, for such a lovely property. There is alot of potential for it to be great and more upmarket. Sadly it was the worst of all accomodation we booked on a 3 week trip from New Zealand.

Great Property, Beautiful Landscape
Liked: Domaine Gaogaia is an incredibly nice property. It is clean and the breakfast is very good. There are plenty of good options for the breakfast. The pool is also great.
Disliked: The location is a little bit far out from the city center. We were able to get ubers, but they are not cheap. Bolts repeatedly canceled on us.Our only real complaint was the restaurant. The restaurant has a good, but had a very small menu. That same menu is offered for both lunch and dinner. There is a larger menu offered for the "After Work" menu with many other options, but it was not available to order from in the dining area.

Poor customer service
Liked: The location and facilities were very good
Disliked: I would not normally respond to survey but feel I need to comment on this hotel. The location and facilities were great but we found the staff were not attentive and in one particular case arrogant and dismissive. (Waiter/maitre d in lower bar area with dark hair and tattoos on his neck). His approach was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive when we tried to order a drink in the grass area which was apparently reserved for DJ Monday (even though we were reserved for dinner). The domaine is difficult to navigate as is also open to the public (with more public than residents) and seem to have priority over the residents which seems a bit bizarre but being polite to customers should be a minimum.
