SKIP THIS PLACE!!

Liked: Location was good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: 3+ years after hurricane Ian and still had to hike up to the 2nd floor! How can you have NO rooms available on the first floor, but 3 handicap rooms!!! No working smoke detector in the room, no microwave, tiny coffee maker, but no carafe, very limited linens, no instructions for the shower head, no working ice machine on property, no vending machines on property, no information book in room, office only open 9-4 M-F only. There is a Tiki bar on site, offering greasy, fried food. I was ignored twice for an ice water. I waited 10 minutes for my toasted almond and received a coconut martini! When she brought it to me, she said it was "last call" mind you, not yet 7:30 pm on a Wednesday night!!!We took our money to the Monkey Bar a block behind this place and had the best filet mignon dinner I've ever had!Too bad, that place had a great location. Stop catering to the Tiki Bar and upgrade the hotel, or get out of the business. I was in this business up by Disney for 17 years, you are missing the point of "vacation" it's not all about a beer and grub at the local dive bar, which are in EVERY block in Cape Coral.
