Disliked: No hot water , 3 hours later ( sorry no hot water , just tuffen up ) at $300 plus a night really Staff very very unfriendlyCommunication very poor Everything you ask seems like a favor or putting the. Out of their way Wife had surgery, had wagon for all our stuff piled high , asked to have door opened with ramp( wheel chair ramp ) , answer was use the 7 steps of the stairs . Really Bed broke , mattress was to small for frame. I paid for king size bed . I got Queen on king bed frame

Disliked: even though there was a sign that stated breakfast was daily from 7am to 11 - I sat and waiting till 8:15 and there was no breakfast - I was told the kitchen was not ready- also, no room service because it was spring break- this was not posted on the site.

Liked: nothing . management rude and instead of 1 bedroom apartment I got a 2 bed tiny room . manager said apartment wasnt available but when I got there it was empty and they asked me to leave because there were mostly older folk that lives there and I had kids playing in pool . I feel disrespected and discriminated against. Rafael treated and spoke to me very rudely and harsh . worst experience ever
