Poor value for price paid...

Liked: The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient.The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The apartment was rented as ‘serviced’ which implies a level of housekeeping during the stay. There were no housekeeping visits at all despite us being there for a week. The Q and A section stated that there would be a housekeeping visit every day and that bedding would be changed every third day. This was not done despite us asking on the 4th and 5th day, when we were told that there were no staff available at all due to it being a bank holiday weekend. We were provided with clean bedding but had to change the bed ourselves. We also had to request clean towels and toilet roll at the reception desk.The apartment we booked was ‘deluxe’ but was actually very basic. Very hot and stuffy, no AC or fan, the kitchen was much smaller than the photo shown, no worktop space whatsoever and so small that only one person could be in there at a time.There appears to be no communication between the management of the rentals and the maintenance team. On our second morning we were woken up by the sound of somebody trying to enter the apartment door, which made us think somebody was breaking in. It turned out to be maintenance guys who thought the apartment was unoccupied. If I had been a woman on my own in the apartment I would have been very frightened by this.For the price we paid I expected better.

Nice quiet apartment.

Liked: Nice apartment on high floor with elevator. Very quiet. Easy walk to underground and river.
Disliked: The kitchen was very small with little bench space but had a full size fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom sink was small and a bit awkward to use.

My stay was average good.

Liked: I stayed in a 1BHK. Kitchen is good with necessary items. washing machine with dryer, Iron box etc are available. smart TV is good. dining table with 4 chairs. 3 seater sofa. Very good compound. Location is OK. No Malls, shopping centers near. Taxi is available but, difficult to get Uber. Underground Railway stn is near. Room service only once in a week. Rent is also little high compare to same properties nearby. Anyway , not very good or very bad.
Disliked: Room heaters not working. Uber is not available easily. Room service frequency must increase. At least twice in a week needed.

A nice & warm stay...

Liked: The place is a compound of rooms and apartments for leasing. They recently started offering apartments for short term rent through Booking and Airbnb. Overall it was a nice worm stay
Disliked: Some buildings are being renovated and you can sometimes hear construction noise.
