We had a lovely stay...

Liked: Ideally situated just a 5 minute walk into Keswick town centre. Comfortable room and bed: we slept very well. Attentive hosts and a lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The toilet cistern in the room may need to be checked as it filled for an extended period of time after every flush. Not a complaint as we loved our stay but something that is probably an easy fix.

We’ll be back!

Liked: Everything was great. The location, the room, the facilities, breakfast... and Vanessa's amazing hospitality. Next time I'm in Keswick, I have no doubt I'll stay here again.

Liked: Welcoming hosts. Very clean with tea, coffee and biscuits available in the room.Tastefully decorated.A good cooked breakfast included.
Disliked: Parking on the street can be busy.

Liked: breakfast was nice with simple options. location is good just 5 mins walk into town center with plenty of options for eateries. tea and coffee making in rooms with a proper mug !! :-)
Disliked: No parking .... but this said we managed to park right outside.
