Liked: E everything about this two days vacation was terrified. The brooms are dirty refrigerated smelly overpriced. I pay $950 for two nights and I couldn’t even use the restaurant in the pool. I will never stay there ever again and I don’t recommend that place for anyone did they not care for me.

Disliked: Disappointed with our stay. We weren’t informed prior to arrival that both the pool and restaurant facilities were closed, which significantly impacted our experience. Breakfast was extremely basic, served with flimsy paper and plastic cutlery—more like a budget motel than what was advertised. To top it off, loud music in the lobby made it difficult to relax or hold a conversation.

Liked: That it was close to hard rock casino for a concert that I was attending
Disliked: I wasn’t happy that I got to the hotel and I wasn’t informed that nothing was available during my stay. I was so excited to go to the rooftop and to hang at the restaurant because of the reviews of it. And nothing was available due to renovations and “Holiday” weekend. I payed $400 a night for an experience when I could have stay at a cheaper hotel. It was a nice place but I wanted to take pictures and hang around the hotel. Also, me and my friend got hot during the night and lowered the AC but it never lowered to where I set it at. I was just super disappointed during my stay and not one person asked me how my stay was or the hotel, pretty sure when you have people stay at a hotel that’s usually your first question. There were no bell carts available for us when we needed help to bring our stuff up to our room. Just would’ve been nice if the staff cared for the people staying at a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Usually you pay for what you get, in this case we did not. The rooftop restaurant and bar were closed because of Passover, while I respect all religions, from a business and consumer standpoint this was extremely disappointing. In addition to these amenities being closed the rooftop pool was also closed for renovations. I paid for a room with a view, but was highly annoyed at the layout of the room. The “view” only visible from the one uncomfortable chair in front of the window or if you chose to stand and stare out the window. A view from the bed or a couch would be acceptable but paying more for these low standards is not something I’ll do again. In addition to all of this when we arrived to our room there was sticky coffee stains all around the coffee machine and hair in the shower drain. Do not waste your money here.

Liked: Very challenging. Not pleasant. Upon arrival discovered no internet. Check in was a nightmare and the lineup was inexcusable. The staff was trying to help but there was no management on the premises. We could not get into our room, so gave us a "real key". That did not work so we had to get another, go back to front desk to retrieve. No TV. Hard to relax after long car ride....so much for looking forward to a grand concert at the Hard Rock. Breakfast provided no hot food. System still down . Check out offered no paper trail of charges. Consequently, we discovered later we had been charged twice for our room. Another hassle for us to work out. The staff was overworked and obviously uncomfortable because of the situation. They really tried to compensate. That was noticed! It was a shame because we chose to stay at the Dolce because of good reviews when we could have stayed at Daughter's living in Miami. The compensation we were given for all the inconvenience was not nearly worth the disappointment for expectations we had initially had for the "wow" factor of Il Volo, a special birthday gift. Not planning to revisit, a poor showing for any Wyndham. .
