Liked: The location is near to the Arc of triomphe Near to metro and RER station via carnot avenue I was late in check out about 2 hours and the manager did not apply any extra fees , she was very supportive .

This is a perfect hotel...

Liked: We loved this hotel. We had a comfortable room that was immaculately clean. We stayed on 3 of the hottest days of the year and there were some issues with the air conditioning. The staff changed our room and made sure that the issue was resolved. Breakfast was lovely and had a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Very well placed for metro so easy to get to places to see in paris

Liked: The location was superb. Close to main attractions, but so quiet at night.The staff were lovely. Appreciated the shower gels and shampoo too.
Disliked: The shower was a little small, but it is Paris and that's normal. .

Disliked: Air con didn’t work, wifi didn’t work and staff was not helpful

Cozy, quiet hotel near Arc...

Liked: Breakfast was simple but very good, and sufficient, also they did fresh omelette per request, which was nice. We hade 2 rooms, which were both very quiet, we had a good sleep in the middle of Paris city. Hotel is small boutique-like hotel: very cozy and feels like home (carpets everywhere, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful in regard of our extra requests.
Disliked: We would like, if rooms were a bit bigger. On the other hand, we understand, small hotel rooms are common in Paris.

Disliked: I had requested 2 months prior to arrival for the 2 rooms I booked to be next to each other. I received an email saying they could accommodate that. Upon arrival they had both the rooms on two separate floors. That would be my only complaint.
