Liked: My family really enjoys having the swimming pool, basketball goal, volleyball court, pool table etc.It gives them a place to get out and have some fun.I had asked to have our rooms on the first floor by the pool and they did it for us. My daughter has twin boys and a wonderfold wagon which does not work with the other floors at the hotel. THANK YOU
Disliked: I wish the restaraunt opened earlier in the morning. By the time it is open, we have to be at the arena/

Liked: There was no breakfast and the restaraunt doesn't open early enough for breakfast.BUT having the swimming pool, basketball goal, volleyball net, pool table for the family is awesome. This is our third stay. Our grandkids compete at the Young Guns Jr. Rodeo Association at the Expo Center. We will be at your hotel two weekends in february. The staff also made sure we had lst floor pool side rooms since my daughter needs lst floor for her family with twin boys.
Disliked: Breakfast would be nice. Other than that nothing.

Enjoyable except for the second...

Liked: There was no breakfast. We like the atrium area with pool, basketball court and volleyball court, Place where we could sit and eat. Price wasright
Disliked: Our rooms were on the 2nd floor which was only accessible by several sets of stairs. We had a wonderfold which is a baby wagon because of twins. It was difficult to get everything up the stairs. No elevator. We did ask the front desk about haing first floor rooms for our next stay which is Janaury5-7

Liked: We always enjoy staying here, for the most part it is a good value, quiet, staff is kind and helpful for the most part. If you have a problem I encourage you to contact them and in my experience they will do what they can to make it right!
Disliked: There was an issue with a young staff member, and I made the property manager aware and received a call at 8:15 in the morning requesting to speak to me prior to our check out. The manager was very kind and understanding and willing to do what was necessary to correct the problem and offer to comp our room on our next stay. The manager went above and beyond to fix the issue. Even paying for our breakfast before we left!! Great service and the manager showed concern and understanding!
