Liked: We had a great stay! The location was perfect, especially for a family — everything we needed was nearby. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and everything was in perfect order. We felt comfortable and would definitely come back again.

Super hotel in an excellent...

Liked: Super hotel in an excellent location and yet very quiet. We were on the sixth floor so this gave us lovely views. We has an issue with a leaking air conditioner unit but this was resolved very quickly. The outside terrace for breakfast was fabulous. the duvet and bed linen were of excellent quality.
Disliked: A little more variety for the inclusive breakfast but alternatives were available at additional cost.

Disliked: We chose this hotel for its central location, right in front of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, close to shops and everything else in the city center. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a 5-star hotel.From the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. At the ground floor, there is a pancake store that attracts huge crowds. It’s difficult to even enter the hotel, and the strong smell of food spreads throughout the entire building in the elevator, hallways, and even in the rooms.The hotel is clearly in need of renovation. The lobby is dark and uninviting, and the reception is oddly located on the 6th floor, directly in front of the restaurant, in a cramped and uncomfortable space.We wanted to have a drink at the hotel bar ,something you expect every proper 5-star hotel to offer — but instead we were met with an unfriendly and unprofessional host (the blonde one )at the Onyx restaurant. Even though we were hotel guests, she refused to give us a table with a nice view and prioritized tourists from outside the hotel. That was fine ,but we stepped out for a quick smoke, just like many other guests ,but when we came back just a few minutes later, our drinks were gone and strangers were sitting at our table. We hadn’t even paid yet.The manager offered us a much worse table and only after we refused did he say he could ask the new guests to leave. That should have been the first reaction, especially since our drinks were cleared without notice.To top it off, we realized after leaving (on the highway) that the undercarriage of our car had been damaged by the valet. He never mentioned it when handing back the car we would’ve preferred honesty, rather than discovering a safety issue while driving.In conclusion: this was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Definitely not worthy of five stars.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at DO & CO Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. The rooms are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, with a great view.But what really made my stay special was the reception team, especially Nico. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and always greeted us with a smile. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you, Nico, for your hospitality — you truly made a difference!Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: There was a problem with the bathtub Pillows are not that comfortable

Superb

Liked: Amazing location. Central to everything we wanted to see. Large and very comfortable room with lots of amenities. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Definitely recommend and have booked to stay again in December.
Disliked: View from the balcony wasn't as good as we had envisaged but it was a lovely spot nonetheless. Hot water wasn't working on arrival but staff showed us to neighbouring hotel where we were able to use their room facilities to shower and change. Extremely apologetic and provided apology gift bag of chocolates.
