Disliked: Terribly strong smells from the cafe. bad cleaning. They didn't bring new hygiene items. There are no toothbrushes. They imposed a fine for smoking, although they said that the question was resolved. Just took them with cards, without receipts

Great hotel in great location....

Liked: Loved the location. Loved the huge window that opened to the square below. Loved the spaciousness of room
Disliked: There was a smell in the hallway that was there everyday like sewer pipe don’t know what it was. Also the pillows are horrible.

Liked: The staff is super polite and ready to help.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like is the breakfast incuded in the price. It's actually only bread with jam, one coffee, one egg and one juice. Everything else is extra charged. The hotels staff is super polite and very helpful

Disliked: Staff superb - when moved room due to a “street disco” taking place outside our room late at night.

Busy and noisy Hotel

Liked: Top location in Vienna with views of St Stephen’s cathedral, everything within walking distance including the underground trains.Large comfortable bed .
Disliked: For an international 5 star hotel the little extras were missing , no tea bags in the room , no kettle in the room , no fresh milk. The toiletries were not topped up daily , neither was the bottled water. Breakfast prices were very high.Noisy and crowded entrance with an insignificant reception desk based on the 6th floor. Our room was on the 6th floor behind reception on the same floor as one of the restaurants making for a busy and noisy area.
