Liked: Our room was as we expected for an affordable room in the immediate OOB area - 2 queens and a small kitchenette, for not having to eat out every meal. It’s definitely fine, and clean, and very convenient to The Pier, Beach, Playland, etc.
Disliked: Just some signs of deferred maintenance (the deck outside all the rooms has been bandaged with (loose?) plywood and covered with a carpet for a very temporary fix that will only exacerbate further deterioration). The room did smell overly lemony-detergenty until we aired it out a bit - must be a cleaning agent, as I did not see any air freshener anywhere in the room…?

Disliked: The room was not the size that 2 queen beds should be I. ..The microwave did not sit correctly on shelf and had a toaster sitting on it ..Pretty dangerous if it fell and hit someone in head.The bathroom mirror had black stuff around it ,the fan had not been dusted in awhile..Dogs barked all night long.So I do not think that paying almost 400.00 dollars for a room for 2 nights that is not cleaned correctly ..Would like a.partial refund at least ..and kitchenette is a 2 burner hot plate ,coffee maker and small fridge

Liked: The desk person was polite and friendly. Through our conversations, we were happy to learn that she was a Christian. Her warm smile and genuine interest in our well-being made us feel welcomed and at ease. We shared stories about our experiences, and it became clear that her faith played a significant role in her life, guiding her interactions with others. As we chatted, it was refreshing to encounter someone who radiated kindness and positivity, and we left the front desk feeling uplifted by her cheerful spirit.
