Disappointing
Liked: Good location
Disliked: The room light controls were a series of push buttons without any indication of what they controlled. It's hard to believe, but true.Exremely irritatingThere was no wastepaper basket in the bathroom,,,,,seriously.

Fabulous views over a fabulous...
Liked: The view overlooking Plaza Reial is spectacular. Probably the finest location to stay in Barcelona. The four poster bed was large and comfortable and the room very spacious.
Disliked: Check in time was 4pm - I am used to a 2pm check in time and this would have been far more preferable. Charging for an early check in was also something I have not encountered before and unwelcome. Also too many emails asking for a review even before I had checked in became irritating.

Liked: The staff was absolutely great. Both at check-in and Henry at check-out were incredible.Also, both Ukrainian ladies at the restaurant were extremely helpful and kind. Great job!

Liked: Wow what a perfect stay! The staff were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. Thomas as the reception was very helpful along with the rest of the staff at reception. The hotel was phenomenal, clean and lovely ambiance. The location is so convenient and lively. I will definitely stay here again!

Very bad
Liked: We arrived at the hotel in the morning very tired from our long flight only to find out that the electricity + ac isn’t working in our room, we had to stay without air it was like living in an oven.We have complained to the main desk about this issue but no action was taken from them, they even took our fan without asking if the weather is okay or not!The elevator stopped working on the last day.The overall experience is really disappointing.
