Disliked: Room I booked had multiple technical problems in the bathroom but I was given an amazing room upgrade at no extra charge to solve this.

Liked: You couldn’t find a more perfect location if you tried. The room was absolutely gorgeous and the team couldn’t have made me feel more welcome. I definitely would love to go back.
Disliked: It wasn’t a gym, but that said I probably wouldn’t have gone anyway.

Liked: Warm greeting by the staff with a glass of sparkling wine and a complimentary 1/2 bottle of champagne on ice in the room. The room was beautiful and quiet. AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious! Great location, steps away from the S Bahn.

The price does not match...

Disliked: The room smelled like sewage. Thank you! The next day they changed it to a clean room. It's too bad that the hotel knows that the room smells, but allows guests to live there! There was rotten fruit in the next room! When we returned our car from the parking lot, the steering wheel and seat were smeared with a chocolate-like substance. Overall rating. The price does not match the quality!
