Would not go again.

Liked: The location was near where I needed to be for the morning. They were ok with me showing up past check in time when I rang to say I might be late because of traffic.
Disliked: It was dirty, there were even marks up the wall, carpet was really old, did not feel comfortable walking around barefoot.Walls and floors were really thin, could hear other peoples doors close in the night and upstairs going to the toilet sounded like it was in my room.Amenities were not as described, there was no TV at all let alone a flat screen like the ad said. Did not even have a full lamp (missing bulb and shade) and toilet holder was even broken.

Dirty room with questionable “staff”

Liked: Great location for what we needed of our visit to Old Trafford.
Disliked: Staff couldn’t find our booking when we tried to check in. Carpet was dirty in the room and TV remote was falling apart. So called manager unlocked the door and walked in the room without warning while I was naked after getting out the shower and said they didn’t know anyone was in the room. Building work being done outside the room and bits of wood and tools left all over the floor outside the room and work started the next morning at 8am with drilling outside the room!

Disliked: The room smelled strangely, the towels were not clean and had holes in it , I could hear everything going on from other rooms I felt uncomfortable all day long I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Disliked: Everything heating in my room didn’t work, shower was freezing bed was broken,

Friendly staff, inconsiderate guests. Need...

Liked: Friendly receptionist, explained things clearly. Room was clean, easy to get back to from venue
Disliked: Ground floor, very noisy. Other guests were very inconsiderate and could hear everything till around 4am. Bathroom didn't lock, no soap and no spoons to stir hot drinks in morning.
