Great base for our stay....
Liked: Was so grateful for the air-conditioning in the heat wave of the last few days. Housekeeping were excellent.
Disliked: It was a real shame that it was not permitted to take a drink from the bar up to the room whilst we were getting ready. Unusual for a four star hotel.

Beautifully Refurbished Hot
Liked: Hotel Diva Opera is small but beautifully formed. Our room 604 was on the 6th floor facing into a central area away from traffic noise. The room is small but beautifully refurbished with a lovely little bathroom. Air conditioning was very effective. The servicing of the room was excellent and the reception staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Spiral staircase but was only a problem once when the lift was being serviced.

In general our stay was...
Liked: Generally I liked this hotel, it was very clean, and the room was comfortable. Frequent housekeeping which kept room spotless.
Disliked: The elevator was frequently broken. This was a huge issue as I was travelling with someone with accessibility issues. On the last day, the lift was broken and I had to carry heavy bags down 6 flights of stairs. If I knew the elevator was this unreliable, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. We ordered a drink from the bar, which ended up being out of stock. The front desk clerk then informed us afterwards that it wasn’t available, and charged us a difference of €2 which I found petty.
