Convenient location near the main...

Liked: Friendly and supportive staff
Disliked: The windows on the ground floor are locked

Excellent location & room size

Liked: Close to metro station, wine bars and coffee bars and restaurants. Rooms were larger than usual (for Paris). Comfortable and very clean.
Disliked: Even though it mentions buffet breakfast, it doesn’t really reflect a huge variety, selection was limited.

Liked: Eveeything really. Great location comfy bed felt safe and looked after
Disliked: The shower head turns towards the wall if heavy water pressure is on but nothing that’s too inconvenient

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room shows a balcony but in fine print it is by request and an extra cost, which we didn’t realize until we got there (there is only one twin room with a balcony). The elevator broke on our first day so we had to go up and down a spiral staircase two flights of stairs. Chose this because of the balcony and elevator (knee issue) and neither were available. Disappointing. And when we asked for an hour later check out after three nights, we were told it was 30 Euro for the hour. Not very accommodating given we had a subpar experience.

Great

Liked: Location, rooms are big when you pay more for the superior but for normal Double room it’s too too small.
Disliked: They took money insurance from the CC without informing they were deducted not a small amount though. Up until this moment the money wasn’t return which’s weird and doesn’t make any sense

Bad

Disliked: Especially employees are not quite polite. Additionally, elevator has broken and it has not been reparired during our vacation.
