Good value I suppose but...

Liked: Location is excellent short walk from Place de la Republique. Best breakfast/brunch cafe in Paris? just over road 1 minute away Good restaurants nearby and Notre Dame 20 minute walk.
Disliked: The hotel is clean efficient and friendly but our room was VERY small and with nowhere to sit except the bed not really comfortable.

Decent for short trips

Disliked: Room dirty on arrival - hairs in the bathroom, lots of dust on surfaces like the lights, above the door, mattress had stains on it (I had to buy antibacterial wipes to sanitise everywhere as I did not trust the cleaning team after seeing the dirty state the room was left in)No fridgeShower water travels under the doors, out into the main bathroom areaNo communist toilet near “restaurant” area, have to go to the first floorLate check in - 3pm (luckily the room was available a bit earlier)Exterior of hotel is dark, feels unsafe at night

Liked: Everything. The location is great, the room was clean and comfy enough. It's everything you can expect from a boutique 2 star hotel.
